1. Jun 2022 – Present

   Platform, release engineering and applied AI for a suite of regulated MedTech apps.

   • Architected the team's Nx monorepo from the ground up, consolidating multiple React Native apps under a shared core of ~40 libraries — and cut the release cycle from 1 week to 1 hour.
   • Built Standard App, a platform on the monorepo that scaffolds new MedTech apps in days instead of weeks; it powers 3+ production apps.
   • Architected a patient-facing agentic AI system (LangChain, LangGraph) for web and mobile — a therapy-aware knowledge base, a platform MCP server exposing microservices as tools, and a chat agent combining both.
   • Built the Standard App solutioning plugin (MCP server + Skills) the Sales team uses to turn customer discussions into engineering and design handoffs, configurations and requirements.
   • Built a JSON-driven workflow engine on XState, so each organisation's app flows change through configuration, without a code change or release.
   • Established the team's AI engineering harness on Claude Code and led Spec-Driven Development across the organisation.
   • Led the migration to Expo and Expo Router with native builds on EAS, and replaced npm with Bun, cutting build times by 40%.
   • Shipped Chronic Disease Management (Accu-Chek SDK) and Digital Vision Assessment in an FDA-regulated environment, with native modules for Bluetooth medical devices and vision sensors.
   • Owned the quarterly AI roadmap for the mobile org and mentored engineers on React Native architecture and AI-augmented engineering.

   • Built offline-first catalog sync and real-time data pipelines so field sales reps could work on intermittent connectivity.
   • Reduced app load time by ~30% through architecture restructuring, bundle optimisation and startup-path profiling.
   • Established mobile engineering standards — code review, branching, release process — and mentored the React Native team.

   Mobile and platform work for the JioThings IoT platform, serving B2B and B2C deployments.

   • Designed and shipped an internal CodePush-style OTA framework, removing the app-store dependency for hotfixes.
